
Marquette Wraps Up Play At ITA Regional

TOURNAMENT RESULTS
The Marquette University men's tennis team wrapped up play at the ITA Midwest Regional, hosted by the University of Michigan, on Saturday afternoon with singles and doubles action.
Sophomore Brett Meyers and freshman Luis Heredia Gomez, who each earned a pair of victories before falling in the qualifying draw. Meyers dropped his opening set before rallying for a win and Gomez claimed two straight-set decisions.
Junior Alvaro Verdu also earned a qualifying bracket win.
The Golden Eagles will wrap up the fall portion of their 2017-18 campaign Nov. 3-5 at the Redbird Fall Classic in Normal, Ill.
