Marquette Continues Wildcat Invitational

EVANSTON, Ill.--The Marquette women's tennis team continued play at the Northwestern Wildcat Invitational on Saturday, competing in its second fall tournament this season.
The Golden Eagles picked up doubles wins from Lesley Foe and Isabella Franks as the duo topped UIC, 6-4 in the Garnet Doubles flight, while Andrea Amortegui and Milica Novokovic defeated conference-foe DePaul, 6-2, also in the Garnet draw.
In singles action Franks was victorious with a swift 6-0, 6-3 win over CSU's Andjela Dejanovic in the round robin flight.
Doubles and singles play will conclude on Sunday morning in Evanston.
