EVANSTON, Ill.-- Another round of action has completed for the Marquette University women's tennis team at the 2018 Wildcat Invitational hosted by Northwestern on Saturday.
Fleur Eggink and Natalijia PopovicĀ added another victory as the duo opened with a 6-2 win over a pair from Michigan State.Ā
In singles, Elisabeth DesmaraisĀ defeated Clara Lucas from Pittsburgh, 6-3, 7-5 in singles Flight B and Lesley Foe held on to win over YekaterinaĀ Alferova of Columbia, 6-2, 4-6, (1-0).
A final round of doubles and singles kicks off on Sunday morning in Evanston.Ā
