Men's Lacrosse Ranked 19th in USILA Preseason Poll

Marquette is the third-ranked team from the BIG EAST Conference
LOUISVILLE - The Marquette University men's lacrosse team is ranked 19th in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's Division I Preseason Coaches Poll, it was announced on Monday.
The Golden Eagles, who were picked second in the BIG EAST Conference Preseason Poll, are the third of four BIG EAST squads in the preseason rankings, following No. 8 Denver and No. 18 Georgetown. Villanova is the final team in the ranking at the No. 20 spot.
Marquette returns nine of 10 starters from a 2018 squad that finished 6-8 overall and fell to Denver in the semifinals of the BIG EAST Championship. Junior defenseman Nick Grill joined seniors John Wagner and Noah Richard on the All-BIG EAST Preseason Team that was announced last week.
