WHAT THE TEAM IS SAYING:
On winning at South Dakota State…
"It was a tough road environment to play in, which is really great to see in women's basketball. I'm really proud of our team for hanging in there. I thought we got off to an ugly start in the first quarter and we were able to hang tough and get back with some great defensive stops. It was a physical battle in the paint and it was a will of who could make the most plays down the stretch."
