Marquette Takes Home Record-High NACMA “Best Of” Awards

Marquette's marketing department claimed seven NACMA awards
ORLANDO, Florida – The Marquette University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics claimed a record seven National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) "Best Of" awards for the 2018-19 academic year.
Initiated in 2003, the NACMA "Best Of" Awards program honors outstanding achievement in marketing and promotions. Awards are presented in 16 categories, with each category divided into three groups based upon school size and conference affiliations to promote fairness.
For the 2018-19 academic year there were nearly 1,000 entries were submitted through the NACMA Community. Marquette pulled in five gold medals, one silver medal and one bronze medal. They earned gold medal honors in Digital Promotion, Promotional Schedule Poster, Single Game Sales Campaign, Sponsorship Activation and the Static Promotional Ad.
The silver medal that Marquette received was for the men's basketball intro video and voted upon by their NACMA peers. Rounding out the awards was a bronze medal in the Revenue-Producing Video category, also a People's Choice selection.
