#MUBB in the NBA Playoffs:
- Two Marquette alumni are participating in the NBA Finals after defeating the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals last week.
- Jimmy Butler ('11) and Jae Crowder ('12) are both starters for the Miami Heat, who are down 2-1 to the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals despite losing the first two games.
- Butler contributed a triple-double in game three, totaling 40 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists in his squad's win.

- Former Marquette player Glenn "Doc" Rivers was recently hired as the head coach of the Philadelphia 76ers. He most recently served as the head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers.

MBB Head Coach Steve Wojciechowski Raises $50,000:
- Steve Wojciechowski, the head coach of MU men's basketball, completed a cycling challenge to raise money for charity.
- Coach Wojciechowski and his network raised $50,000 for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, an organization that provides groceries to local families in need.

Newcomers Join Men's Golf Program:
- The Marquette men's golf team has multiple newcomers joining the roster for the 2020-21 campaign.
- Nicolás Evangelio, a redshirt sophomore, has transferred into the program from Missouri Valley College, and will have three seasons of eligibility.

- Scott Schlader, the program's only freshman, is a Phoenix native but has strong Midwestern ties. He happens to be a high school classmate of men's basketball freshman Osasere Ighodaro.

Gwyn Jones (WVB) Publishes Children's Book:
- Gwyn Jones ('20), a former MUVB middle blocker, recently published a children's book titled A Goat Named Vote.
- Jones grew up on her family's farm, which serves as the inspiration for her book. The story, which Jones adapted from a paper for one of her graduate courses, uses goats to talk about current events.
