
Track and Field Releases 2021-22 Indoor Schedule

The Golden Eagles will compete in 10 indoor meets
MILWAUKEE -Â The Marquette University men's and women's track and field teams have announced their indoor schedule for the 2021-22 season.
The Golden Eagles will kick off their indoor campaign at the Blue & Gold Invite hosted by Notre Dame on Friday, Dec. 3.
MU will then travel to DePaul for the DePaul Holiday Invite on Dec. 10. The meet will take place at Gately Park in Chicago, Â which will play host to the BIG EAST championships on Feb. 25-26.Â
Marquette will begin 2022 with two in-state meets. First, heading to Kenosha for the Parkside Invite on Saturday, Jan. 22, followed by the John Tierney Invite hosted by UW-Milwaukee at the Klotsche Center on Saturday, Jan. 29.
These two meets will start a string of seven consecutive weekends of meets leading up to the BIG EAST and NCAA indoor championships. On the weekend of Feb. 4, the Golden Eagles will split the team and have members competing in both the Meyo Invite (hosted by Notre Dame) and the Parkside Classic.
The squad will travel north to Michigan for the GVSU Â BIG Meet (Feb. 11), before wrapping up the indoor regular season in Madison at the Red & White Open (Feb. 18).
Marquette's outdoor schedule will be released at a later date.
