Women’s team kicks of 2021 season following Fan Fest

MILWAUKEE– The Marquette University men's and women's soccer teams will resume their annual Fan Fest at Valley Fields on Thursday, Aug. 19 prior to the women's home opener against Central Michigan. The event and game are free to attend and open to all.

Fan Fest, which begins at 6 p.m. and is expected to conclude at the start of the women's match at 7 p.m. The MU men's squad will participate in a skills zone and fun soccer activities prior to the match and will autograph their 2021 schedule posters. The women's team will be available to sign autographs following the match.

The men will play one final exhibition match on Saturday, Aug. 21 vs. Loyola Chicago before kicking off the regular season on Thursday, August 26 against Green Bay, while the women will return to host Green Bay on Sunday, Aug. 22

Admission to men's & women's soccer home events at Valley Fields will be free to the public this season.
