MLAX announces fall ball game on Oct. 16

The Golden Eagles will take on Yale in New Haven
MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University men's lacrosse team will play a fall exhibition game on Sunday, Oct. 16 against Yale at Reese Stadium in New Haven, Connecticut at 11 a.m. Central time.
The Golden Eagles will take on a familiar opponent for Marquette head coach Andrew Stimmel, who was offensive coordinator and assistant coach at Yale prior to taking the MU job in 2019. Stimmel helped the Bulldogs to back-to-back NCAA National Championship games in 2018 and 2019, including a national title in 2018.The Golden Eagles return USILA All-American Mason Woodward and another pair of All-BIG EAST performers in Devon Cowan and leading scorer Bobby O'Grady. O'Grady is coming off a BIG EAST Freshman of the Year campaign, in which he broke Marquette's single-season record with 45 goals as a true freshman, O'Grady led all NCAA freshman with 45 goals and was third in goals per game (3.00).
