Women's Tennis back in action Friday
WASHINGTON - The Marquette University women's tennis team (0-7) dropped a narrow 4-3 match decision to George Washington (2-2-1) in Washington D.C. .
Marquette opened the match by claiming the doubles point with wins at all three positions, but George Washington went on to earn four singles wins to take the team decision.
Juniors Sarah Badawi and Emilija Kojcic were able to claim singles wins for the Golden Eagles at the No. 1 and No. 5 positions.
UP NEXT: MU takes on Georgetown on Friday, February 17 at 6 pm CT.
