Chmielewski, Krstulovic Named Recipients of 2023-24 BIG EAST Institutional Scholar-Athlete Scholarship

Former Marquette student-athletes earn $2,000 towards graduate studies
NEW YORK – Marquette University former student-athletes Faith Chmielewski and Tin Krstulovic have been named recipients of 2023-24 BIG EAST Institutional Scholar-Athlete Scholarships.
Each institutional winner receives $2,000 toward graduate studies. Both student-athletes were four-time BIG EAST All-Academic team selections.
Chmiewleski, a four-year letterwinner in women's lacrosse, was team captain in 2024 and graduated with a degree in biomedical sciences and business administration. The Westminster, Maryland native is currently enrolled in Marquette's physician assistant program.
Krstulovic, a four-year letterwinner in men's tennis, played on Marquette's No. 1 doubles team that won eight matches in 2023-24. The Velenje, Slovenia native graduated with a degree in engineering this past May.
Georgetown's Parker Stokes (men's track and field) and Julia Leas (women's soccer) were named BIG EAST Male and Female Scholar Athletes of the Year.
