MILWAUKEE - The Marquette University women's volleyball team hosts DePaul this Saturday evening at the Al McGuire Center in its final spring match at 6 p.m. Central time.
Â
Admission to the match is free and open to all.
Â
Saturday's scrimmage is the first spring on-campus match for the new coaching staff and the four student-athlete newcomers (Allyson Eckel, Isabela Haggard, Mari King, and Keira Schmidt).
 Â
The match follows the Art of Coaching Clinic that concludes at 5 p.m. Central time. The clinic, which includes a day of training sessions for volleyball coaches, begins at 8 a.m. and tickets are available for purchase on the Art of Coaching website.
Â
Marquette head coach Tom Mendoza will lead a ball control exercise at 9:55 a.m. and give a lecture on in-game decision making at 1:40 p.m. Mendoza was introduced in March as the sixth coach in program history.
Marquette went 25-9 overall and 16-2 in conference play last season and made its third NCAA regional appearance. The Golden Eagles return seven letter winners from 2024, including AVCA All-Region middle hitter Hattie Bray.
