MILWAUKEE – Marquette University Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Bert Rogers announced 28 student-athletes as the newest members of the track and field and cross country programs on Thursday.
"This is a large and talented class," Rogers said. "We have several who could make a significant impact on our team and in the Big East. We have certainly added depth across the board in all the running events and key areas in the field. I'm excited to see how this class develops."
"We have brought in one of the biggest and fastest classes we've ever had, but the thing that excites me the most is the amount of room for growth they all have," Associate Head Cross Country Coach Jack Hackett said.
