WSWIM Announces Inaugural Schedule

Marquette hosts lone home meet on Oct. 9 at the Wellness + Helfaer Recreation facility.
MILWAUKEE – Marquette University head women's swimming coach Joel Rollings has announced the Golden Eagles' 2026-27 competition schedule on Monday. The program's inaugural season will feature 10 regular season events ahead of traveling to the 2027 BIG EAST Women's Swimming & Diving Championships in February.
Marquette opens the campaign on Oct. 2 with a road dual against Iowa before making its home debut one week later on Oct. 9 against Northern Iowa at the Wellness + Helfaer Recreation facility.
The Golden Eagles head to the annual Wisconsin Showcase on Oct. 17, held at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center in Brown Deer.
November includes a road dual at Illinois State on Nov. 7 before Marquette heads west for the Utah Tech Invitational from Nov. 17-21 in St. George, Utah.
Marquette closes the fall semester on Dec. 4 in Indiana against Valparaiso and Butler.
The spring portion of the schedule begins on Jan. 9 at Illinois, where the Golden Eagles will compete against Illinois, Illinois State and Eastern Illinois. Marquette then travels across town for a two-day competition with Milwaukee on Jan. 15-16 before wrapping up the regular season at the Butler Invitational on Jan. 31.
The Golden Eagles' first BIG EAST Women's Swimming & Diving Championships is scheduled for Feb. 17-21.
