Played every minute of eight matches, including against Wisconsin (8/20), Michigan (8/23), No. 12 Duke (8/30) and No. 4 Georgetown (10/18) ... Played both as a midfielder and a center back during her final campaign ... Started six matches in BIG EAST play.
2018 Spring: Played with the Philippines Women's National Team in the 2018 AFC Women's Asian Cup and World Cup qualifying.
2017 (RS Jr.): Led all MU field players with 1,871 minutes played while starting all 21 matches ... Scored a goal and added an assist on the year ... Saw 90 minutes of action in the win over Kentucky (8/20) and played every minute in all but five matches in 2017 ... Scored her first career goal on a penalty kick in the shutout victory at Louisville (8/27) ... Named defensive MVP of the Marquette Invitational after helping MU to a pair of shutout wins over Central Michigan (9/1) and Mercer (9/3) and playing all 180 minutes.
2016 (RS So.): Made her first start of the season against Seton Hall (9/29) and went on to start the final 11 matches in a defensive midfield role ... Saw action in 19 of 22 matches as a redshirt sophomore and played every minute in four BIG EAST regular season contests and in a 2-1 overtime win against St. John's (11/4) in the BIG EAST semfinals.
2015 (RS Fr.): Played in 15 matches and notched eight starts in the midfield as a redshirt freshman ... Started the first eight of nine total BIG EAST matches ... Played all 90 minutes in a 1-0 shutout win over Providence (10/11) ... Saw first collegiate action against Utah (8/21) ... Made first career start and recorded first career shot in 5-1 victory against Creighton (9/27).
2014: Bugay did not see action as a true freshman.
Prior to Marquette: Bugay was a four-time letter winner in soccer for William Henry Harrison High School ... Named team captain during her senior season ... Named high school MVP, all-state honorable mention and all-district first team for her efforts during her junior season ... Named to the HCC All-Conference Team and the all-district second team during her sophomore campaign ... Helped lead her team to a sectional championship during her sophomore season.
