High School: Hackman earned four letters as a prep in both cross country and track and field at Catholic Memorial...Named captain for both the 2008 cross country and 2009 track seasons...Earned all-conference recognition each year in cross country and qualified for the state meet every year in both cross country and track and field...In 2008, helped school[apos]s 4x800-meter relay squad capture third place at the state meet...Also helped that 4x800 group set the school record in a time of 9:50.

Personal: Hackman was born on July 19, 1991 in Waukesha, Wis., to Mark Hackman and Joan Hader...Has three brothers and two sisters...Plans to major in journalism.
