Q: Which games are included with my Win Every Day Pass?
A: The Win Every Day Pass includes tickets to all regular-season home games.
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games with the Win Every Day Pass?
A: Yes! Seat locations will be assigned the day before each home game. Please note that the time you accept does not impact which seat location you're assigned.
Q: How many passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?
A: You can buy up to six (6) passes per account, while supplies last. And yes, all passes purchased in one transaction will have seats together for each game.
Q: How does my guest scan into the game?
A: Your guest can either enter Fiserv Forum with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Once you have accepted your seats, simply tap the Transfer button in the Ticket Management view and enter your guest’s email address. Barcodes can only be sent and scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!
Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?
A: Yes, different people can attend each game.
Q: Can I sit with other Win Every Day Pass purchasers?
A: Yes, if you would like to sit with other Pass purchasers, you may link your pass prior to receiving your seat assignment. Simply tap the Sit with Friends button in the Ticket Management view and enter your friend’s email address. Linking is based on seat availability.
Q: Can I purchase guest tickets for certain games, in addition to the Win Every Day Pass tickets I already have?
Yes, you may purchase additional guest tickets for certain games based on availability. To purchase guest tickets, simply tap Buy Guest Tickets in the Ticket Management view and complete your purchase. Guest tickets must be purchased prior to receiving your seats at the time noted in the Ticket Management view. All tickets will be seated together, and pricing may change from game to game.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?
A: The Win Every Day Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to Fiserv Forum and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by going to wineverydaypass.com.
Q: Is the Win Every Day Pass refundable?
A: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Q: Can I sell my Win Every Day Pass for games I do not attend?
A: No, the Win Every Day Pass cannot be resold.
Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?
A: If you can't access your Win Every Day Pass via text message, simply go to wineverydaypass.com. Additionally, you can email questions to listen@expapp.com at any time to receive a timely response.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the Marquette Box Office at (414) 288-GOMU in advance of purchasing the Win Every Day Pass tickets, as accessible seating may be sold out.
