- For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to a local emergency room nearest to where you reside. For student-athletes on campus, the nearest hospital is Aurora Sinai Hospital, located at 945 N 12th St, Milwaukee, WI 53233. Phone for Aurora Sinai: (414) 219-2000.
- For non-life-threatening mental health concerns, call the Counseling Center at (414) 288-7172, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to speak with a counselor on call. On weekdays after 4 p.m., weekends and holidays, call the Marquette University Police Department at (414) 288-6800 and ask to speak to the on-call counselor.
- Marquette University does have a Mental Health Emergency Action Plan when a staff member becomes aware of a student-athlete experiencing an urgent/emergency mental health need.
