Ran a top 1,500 time of 4:00.29 to finish as runner-up at the Marquette Open on April 24 ... New PR in the 5k of 15:00.37 came on April 2 in a third-place finish at the ISU Redbird Invitational ... Cross Country (Jr.): Competed in four cross country meets ... Took 7th place with a time of 16:13.79 at the Phoenix Open ... Placed 22nd with a time of 25:30.78 (8k) at the Illinois State Invitational (Sept.13) ... Took 132nd place overall with a personal best time of 25:14.1 (8k) at the Louisville Classic (Oct. 5) ... Prior to Marquette: Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track at Loyola Academy ... Served as captain during his senior campaign ... Qualified for state in 2013, 2014 and 2016 ... Four-time conference champion as a Rambler ... Earned all-state accolades in cross country his senior year with a 14th place finish.
