Jason Pereles, a 2011 graduate from Indiana University, has been hired in a new director of lacrosse operations role. Pereles most recently was the boys' varsity lacrosse coach at Kettle Moraine High School. In 2013, he led the Lasers to the Wisconsin state quarterfinals.
A native of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, Pereles first attended Bowling Green University where he played club lacrosse before finishing his degree at Indiana. After graduation, he moved back to the area where he began coaching the Marquette High lacrosse club along with volunteering during summer clinics hosted by Marquette University's men's team.
