Prior to Marquette: Lettered twice in track and field at Gonzaga Prepatory School (Spokane, Washington) under head coach Jean Smith… Also lettered in bowling and soccer her senior year – elected team captain in the latter… Honored with the Outstanding Physical Education Student award… Set personal-bests on the track of 15.22 (100m), 30.54 (200m) and 1:09.25 (400m)… Notched personal-bests in the javelin throw (32.1 m/105-0.5 ft) and discus (18.29 m/60-0 ft).

Personal: Born on February 26, 2001 in Bellingham, Washington to Mary and Bill Braunberger… Father was a collegiate skier at Montana State University… Has two older sisters, Ashley and Kaitlyn, and one older brother, Kristopher, who participates on the cross country and track and field teams at the University of Portland… Plans to major in biology at MU.
