Also, finished ninth in the discus with a throw of 36.67m/120-4 ft.
Indoor (Jr.): Saw action in five meets … Placed fifth in weight throw at the Tadd Metzger Invitational (Feb. 4) with a mark of 16.26 meters (53-4.25) … Took sixth in the weight throw at the BIG EAST Championships on Feb. 24 with a season-best throw of 16.75 meters (54-11.5).

Outdoor (So.): Saw action in seven events for MU … Finished runner up in the hammer throw at the Marquette Invitational (Apr. 10) with a throw of 46.31 meters/151 feet, 11 inches … Threw a PR of 38.03 meters/124 feet, 9 inches at the Wisconsin Classic (May 6), placed ninth overall … At the BIG EAST Championships (May 13), he achieved a personal best in the hammer throw with a mark of 47.92 meters/157 feet, 3 inches.
Indoor (So.): Competed in five meets taking part in throwing events … Earned runner-up honors in the weight throw at the Lake Michigan Open (Jan. 22) with a mark of 16.07 meters/52 feet, 8.75 inches … Took second in the weight throw at the Parkside Classic (Feb. 4) with a throw of 16.91 meters/55 feet, 5.75 inches … Threw a personal best 16.98 meters/55 feet, 8.5 inches in the weight throw at the St. Valentines Open (Feb. 18), took eighth overall.

Indoor (Fr.): Competed in the weight throw at two meets as a true freshman, recording a top distance of 15.57 meters (51-1) at the UWM Panther Tune-Up on Feb. 14.
Outdoor (Fr.): Competed in both the discus and hammer throw during his freshman outdoor campaign ... Recorded his top discus mark at the BIG EAST Championships with a 10th place finish at a distance of 36.86 meters (120-11) ... His top hammer throw mark came on May 1 at the Marquette Invitational at a distance of 44.68 meters (46-7) ... Placed ninth in the hammer at the BIG EAST Championships.

Prior to Marquette: Lettered three times in track and field and basketball at Bishop McNamara (Forestville, Maryland)... Coached by Keith Chapman in track and field... Earned all-conference honors in high jump, discus and shot put during his three-year high school career... Set personal bests of 13.99 m/45-9 ft (shot put), 34.96 m/114-7 ft (discus) and 1.76 m/5-10 ft (high jump).
