Prior to Marquette: Lettered three times in lacrosse at Glenbrook South High School under coach Annie Lesch ... Named a captain for her senior season, Marval earned all-conference, all-section and all-state honorable mention awards during her high school career ... As a junior, she helped her team to a third place finish at the Illinois State Championships ... Her team went to the section finals in 2018 and took fourth in the state in 2017 ... Played club lacrosse for Team One Wildcat under coach Jayne Roth.
