Bodner Earns IWLCA First Team All-West/Midwest Region Honors

Graduate student midfielder earns First Team honors for the second-straight season.
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Marquette University women's lacrosse midfielder Hanna Bodner has been named to the IWLCA All-West/Midwest Region First Team for the second consecutive season following a standout 2026 campaign.
Bodner started all 16 games for the Golden Eagles and totaled 35 goals and eight assists for 43 points while adding 77 draw controls, 29 ground balls and 14 caused turnovers. She ranked second on the team in goals (35), points (43), shots (84) and shots on goal (60), led the team in draw controls (77), tied for second in ground balls (29) and ranked fourth in caused turnovers.
Among NCAA Division I leaders, Bodner ranked 61st nationally and second in the BIG EAST in draw controls per game (4.81) and was 128th nationally and seventh in the conference in goals per game (2.19). She also ranked 102nd nationally and fifth in the BIG EAST in shots per game (5.25) and 113th nationally and sixth in the league in shots on goal per game (3.75).
A dominant force in the BIG EAST, Bodner is a back-to-back BIG EAST Midfielder of the Year and a unanimous First Team All-BIG EAST selection in both 2025 and 2026, further cementing her status among the nation's top midfielders.
