Drew Brown is in his third year at Marquette Univeristy in 2025-26, serving as a Director of Ticket Operations & Service.

In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operation of the Marquette Ticket Office, supporting all 17 NCAA Division I programs, as well as the Marquette Spirit Squad. He is responsible for the student ticketing staff and manages all aspects of ticketing for Marquette Athletics, including financial reconciliations, ticket compliance, reporting and integrations with ticketing technology.

Prior to Marquette, he worked in the NBA with the Milwaukee Bucks in a variety of roles that focused on community relations, ticket sales & service, sponsorship fulfillment, ticketing technology & strategy, and ticket operations. In addition to the Bucks and Fiserv Forum, he spent time with the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Admirals, United States Golf Association, United States Olympic Committee, and the NCAA.

While attending Marquette, he interned with the Intercollegiate Athletics department and was a four-year letterwinner on the cheerleading team, serving as team captain. He earned his bachelor's degree in communication studies in 2011 and a master's degree in leadership studies, specializing in sports leadership, in 2014.

He resides in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with his wife, Michaela (Marquette '12), and their two boys — Liam & Connor — and golden doodle, Mila.
