Greg Smith will be entering his seventh year at Marquette University in 2024-25 and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director, Facilities & Events in November of 2022.
For two years he worked as the Assistant Director of Facilities and Game Operations before beingĀ promoted to the director position in April of 2020.
Prior to MU, Smith worked at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2012-2018. Here he served as an Assistant Director of Facilities and Game Operations.
Originally from Manorville, New York, he graduated from UNCG in 2011, where he played baseball, before being hired on full-time in 2012.
Smith now lives in Port Washington with his wife, Nicole, and son, CaidenĀ
