Mason Darling is entering his second year with Marquette Athletics in the 2026-27 season, serving as the Director of Athletic Business Affairs.

Darling is in charge of directing and overseeing the day-to-day fiscal operations within Marquette Athletics. He is responsible for financial planning and policy, resource allocation, budget preparation and review as well as data management and analysis.

Additionally, Darling oversees employment transactions/contracts and serves as a liaison with Human Resources regarding hiring, employee relations, engagement and performance matters.

Prior to Marquette Darling Spent three years at William & Mary where he acted as the Director of Business Operations. During this time he was responsible for the preparation of operational and program budgets, monitorization of expenses and preparation of monthly and yearly financial and statistical reports.
