Ryan Little enters his fourth year overall with Marquette University in 2025-26, but his second as Assistant Director of Development, Athletics. He was promoted to his current position in May of 2024.

Little served as an advancement associate his first year and a half with Marquette, serving as the first point of contact for the Blue & Gold Fund.

Little joins Marquette from the University of Memphis where he served as a Graduate Assistant of Events and Facilities. Prior to his role at Memphis, he worked at Northern Kentucky University and Miami University of Ohio.

Little is a native of Springboro, Ohio, and graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in sports leadership and management with a minor in business. He earned his master’s in business administration from the University of Memphis. Little now resides in Oak Creek, Wisconsin with his fiancé, Marissa, and their two cats, Bob and Callie.
