Golden Eagles visit Grantosa Avenue School

Grantosa Avenue School is part of the Milwaukee Public School system. The school serves grades K-4 through 6th grade, and has a pre-school special education staff as well. Grantosa Avenue School has a culturally diverse student enrollment, currently totaling 650 children.
National Young Reader?s Day is part of the ?Book It? program, sponsored by Pizza Hut. Participating schools throughout the country are encouraged to invite ?Community Celebrities? to their school for a ?Celebrity Read-in? event. Pizza Hut also sponsors a drawing, featuring library supplies as prizes, for participating schools.
