Men's Tennis Suffers First Loss of the Season

Marquette started off by losing all three doubles matches and going into singles play down a point.
Ricky Servoss lost the no. 5 singles match, 6-0, 6-1 to Juan Barragan. This loss was Servoss? second of the season, evening him out at 2-2.
The no. 3 match served as the clinching point with Raj Gill falling to Andy Maroldt, 6-0, 7-5.
?You learn a lot about a team after it comes out after a little adversity. This is a good learning experience for us. USF is a tough team and even tougher to beat at home.?
The Golden Eagles are next in action on Feb. 19 when they take on Wisconsin-Green Bay at home. Play starts at 4 p.m.
