Mullin Earns NSCAA Academic Honor

MILWAUKEE, Wis., Feb. 10 -- Marquette senior defender Danny Mullin was named to the 2004 NSCAA Scholar All-Regional Team today.

"It is a lovely reward for Danny's hard work as a leader on the field and for his dedication in the classroom," said head coach Steve Adlard. "Not only is it a great personal achievement for a deserving person, but it is also good for the team."

Mullin's GPA of 3.627 earned him Honorable Mention honors in the North Central Region. The defender finished his soccer career with four goals and two assists. Mullin started every game during his senior season and was a key component to Marquette's backfield.

The Brookfield, Wis. native will graduate from Marquette in May with a degree in Criminology.
