| Muscles Used | Primary: Tibialis Anterior |
| Starting Position | Sit on the floor or bench with your legs extended. Keep your back straight and head up. |
| Description | Flex the ankles (pulling the toes towards your chest). |
| Spotting | Apply resistance on the top (dorsal) side of the foot. |
| Points To Emphasize | 1. The lifter is always pulling the toes towards his/her chest. Inversely, the spotter is always pulling the foot away from the chest. |
