| Muscles Used | Primary: Infraspinatus, supraspinatus, teres minor, subscapularis |
| Starting Position | Standing with one shoulder into the wall and the other facing out. Relax the arm against the wall and place the other arm at a 90-degree angle. |
| Description | Pull the arm in towards the body. |
| Spotting | Provide resistance on the inside of the hand or wrist. With the other hand, support the exerciser's elbow (keeping the elbow close into the body). |
| Points To Emphasize | 1. Keep the movement slow and controlled. 2. The lifter is always pulling in towards the body. |
