Manual Resistance Rear Deltoid

| Muscles Used | Primary: posterior deltoid |
| Starting Position | Place the hands and knees on the floor, making sure to keep the back flat. Place one arm on the floor and bend the other arm at the elbow while hanging perpendicular to the floor. |
| Description | Lower the arm, keeping the elbow bent and taking the arm directly across the chest full stretching the shoulder joint. Pause for a moment at the mid-range, and return to the starting position. |
| Spotting | Stand slightly behind and to the side of the lifter applying resistance on top of the elbow of the lifter throughout the exercise. |
