| Muscles Used | Primary: trapezius. Secondary: deltoids. |
| Starting Position | Standing upright, the arms are extended grasping the towel with an overhand grip. |
| Description | Raise the hands along the body until the hands are slightly under the chin and elbows are elevated to ear level. Pause for one second, and return to the starting position. |
| Spotting | Kneeling in front of the lifter, grasp the ends of the towel. Apply resistance by pulling down on the ends of the towel. |
| Points To Emphasize | 1. Kep the torso upright, do not lean back to raise the towel. |
