| Starting Position | Balls of feet on the platform, heels lower than toes. |
| Description | Lift heels as high as possible and then return to the stretched bottom position. |
| Spotting | Be prepared to assist at the movement arm of the machine. |
| Points To Emphasize | 1. Be sure to go through a full range of motion for each repetition. 2. Do not lock your knees while performing this exercise. |
