| Starting Position | Sit in the seat with your back flat against the pad, your inner thighs against the pads and feet flat. |
| Description | Bring the legs together as close as possible by pulling on the thigh pads. Pause momentarily and then recover to the starting position. |
| Spotting | Never do forced repetitions on this machine for safety reasons. It is possible to pull the groin on this machine. |
| Points To Emphasize | 1. Do not bend forward to help move the weight |
