MILWAUKEE -- Former Marquette University goalkeeper Matt Pyzdrowski is writing a blog for Wisconsin Soccer Central during his time in preseason mini-camp with the Portland Timbers of the USSF Division II Pro League.
Read Pyzdrowski's first installment titled, "Chasing the dream: And so it begins," where Pyzdrowski shares his lifelong goal to become a professional athlete, the dynamics of the goalkeeper position and the ins and outs of the Timbers' first day of training camp.
Portland is set to join the MLS as an expansion team in 2011.
