Jon Klaiber and Mary Hanson led the men and women, respectively, in Madison on Friday
The men were led by Jon Klaiber, who improved on his time from the season opener a week ago despite the heat. He placed third overall, while the next six finishers led by Daniel Pederson, placed in succession from 13th to 18th place.
On the women's side, Mary Hanson and Nora Keller led the way and highlighted gutsy efforts across the board.Despite the conditions, Jon Klaiber's gutsy effort was an improvement from last week, while Daniel Pederson moves up to finish second on the team. #gotafterit pic.twitter.com/wsvkAYReVQ
