Marquette moved into its new campus facility, the Athletic and Human Performance and Research Center (AHPRC) on Tuesday. Joining MU's men's and women's lacrosse teams and strength & conditioning programs in this new facility, the men's golf program has substantial dedicated space on the building's second floor.
The team has a brand new locker room and team meeting space, displays of team accomplishments and championship trophies, along with an impressive training area. The training area includes a full-size practice green, surrounded by different synthetic grasses to simulate course situations and a green that can be adjusted to mimic both hard and soft putting surfaces. Three indoor hitting bays are in the space, which allow for simulated play as well as swing analysis.
ÂICYMI - we have a new home at the @MarquetteU AHPRC, and the excitement still hasn't worn off.
