Roughly 700 people attended the annual event on the Eckstein Commons
MILWAUKEE - Marquette University held its annual Athletics Backyard BBQ on Tuesday evening at the Eckstein Common on campus.
Roughly 700 individuals attended the event featuring Bubb's BBQ, interactive games and sport stations manned by Marquette's coaches and student-athletes. Marquette Vice President and Director of Athletics Bill Scholl introduced MU's head coaches on stage, including new men's lacrosse head coach Andrew Stimmel, who was officially announced as the program's second head coach just 11 days prior.
