Spingola Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll

The senior averaged 17.0 points in a 2-0 weekend for Marquette
NEW YORK--Marquette University women's basketball senior Isabelle Spingola has been selected to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll, the league office announced on Monday.
This is Spingola's second career honor as she was selected to the honor roll in the 2018-19 season. Helping the Golden Eagles go 2-0 at home this past weekend, she averaged 17.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, and shot 59.1 percent from the floor to lead Marquette. In a win over Georgetown Spingola shot a game-high 24 points and earned her second double-double of the season in the win over Villanova.
Marquette returns to action at the Al McGuire Center on Friday, Jan. 31 at 7 pm CT against Providence.
