Liza Karlen Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

The freshman scored a career-high 10 points at Xavier
NEW YORK - Marquette University freshman forward Liza Karlen has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the league office announced on Monday.
In the Golden Eagles' lone game of the week at Xavier, Karlen scored a career-high 10 points on 4/5 shooting while bringing down five boards in MU's 69-56 win.
The Stillwater, Minn., native is averaging 6.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 0.5 assists in 15.7 minutes through the Golden Eagles first seven games.
This is her first career weekly honor from the BIG EAST.
