MTEN Hits Road For Pair of Weekend Matches

Golden Eagles travel to Purdue and IUPUI
The Marquette University men's tennis team (3-3) heads to West Lafayette to take on the Purdue Boilermakers on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 9 a.m. CT.
Following this match, the Golden Eagles will travel to Indianapolis to face off against IUPUI on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 9 a.m. CT.
"We have been playing well and I am hopeful we can continue that trend this weekend," head coach Steve Rodecap said. "We are facing a pair of quality opponents and we are going to have our work cut out for us, especially with two early-morning start times."
MU is coming off a 4-2 win against the Wisconsin Badgers in Madison and a 7-0 win against Valparaiso this past weekend at home.
Purdue is 6-4 this season, with its most recent win being against IUPUI. IUPUI is 2-6 this season, falling to the Badgers and Northwestern, amongst other teams. Marquette is 12-0 all-time against IUPUI.
Following the matches on Saturday and Sunday, MU will host Creighton at the Helfaer Tennis Center on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. CT.
