The Golden Eagles led 6-4 with 7:53 left in the first half before going on a 5-1 run to head into the halftime break up 11-5. Menzuber led the first half scoring with three goals while Cooper, Garcia, Foust and Steller had two apiece.
After a back-and-forth first 10 minutes of the second half, the Golden Eagles closed the game on a 7-2 run, led by four goals by Caroline Peterson, to hit the 23-goal mark for the second time in program history.
