
Men's lacrosse adds nine 2022 signees

All nine will join the Golden Eagles in the fall of 2022
MILWAUKEE – The Marquette University men's lacrosse team has announced the addition of nine student-athletes for the 2022-23 academic year.
"We are excited to welcome our newly signed student-athletes and their families and the Marquette community," head coach Andrew Stimmel said. "These young men and their families have gone through an unprecedented recruiting process and have not wavered over their commitment to our program.
"They love the game, love each other, and love the process of development – all things that we actively seek out in the recruiting process. Their competitive fire and hunger to leave a lasting legacy is something we believe sets them apart. I know our entire staff and team cannot wait to welcome this group to the Marquette Family next fall!"
The group includes student-athletes from six different U.S. states and one Canadian province with two players hailing from both New York and Pennsylvania. Faceoff specialist Adam Slager from Stoughton, Wisconsin joins a growing number of Wisconsinites on the MU roster.
In all, the class includes two long pole players, one faceoff specialist and six midfielders/attackmen. All nine will arrive on campus next summer and have four years of eligibility remaining.
