MARQUETTE'S LINEUP
Hunter Eichhorn, Tyler Leach, Nicolás Evangelio, Aidan Lafferty, Josh Robinson
Eichhorn has led the Golden Eagles at three of their four individual events this season and tied for 29th place at 10-over par at The Calusa Cup. He also recorded MU's top finish of the year in a tie for fifth at the Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate on March 28-30 in South Carolina. Eichhorn is the lone Golden Eagle to have competed at the Hawkeye Invitational previously, finishing in a tie for 50th in 2018 when weather cut the event down to two rounds. He shot a 76 in the first round and a second-round 80 to end the tournament with 156 strokes at 12-over par.
For the rest of the lineup, Tyler Leach maintains his No. 2 spot, while redshirt sophomore transfer Nicolás Evangelio moves into the No. 3 hole. Evangelio has turned in some impressive rounds early in his MU career but is searching for greater consistency as the Golden Eagles approach the championship portion of their schedule.
