Scheetz and Nelson claim wins
BLOOMINGTON, Ill - The Marquette University men's tennis team (0-10) fell 5-2 to Illinois State (5-6) Sunday afternoon.
The Redbirds opened the match by claiming the doubles point with two wins at the No. 2 and 3 positions, Illinois State went on to quickly take three singles wins to take the team decision.
For the Golden Eagles senior Rami Scheetz claimed a straight-set win at No. 3 and freshman Thomas Nelson took a tie-break victory at No. 5.
