WBB Adds Chaz Franklin as Director of Player Development

Franklin comes to Marquette after one season with Chicago Sky
MILWAUKEE – Marquette University women's basketball head coach Cara Consuegra has added Chaz Franklin as director of player development for the program.
Franklin comes to Milwaukee from the Chicago Sky where he was director of player development from 2023-24.
"I am thrilled to welcome Chaz to Marquette," Consuegra said. "Chaz's experience playing and coaching will be invaluable to our players and will help us elevate our program."
Franklin was an assistant at Millersville University in Pennsylvania and was a support staff member for USA Basketball. He also coached Team Brotherly Love, Philadelphia's team in The Basketball Tournament in the summer of 2021.
Franklin played professionally for 15 years around the globe including Germany, Iceland, Finland, and the Czech Republic.
A Philadelphia native, Franklin received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2005.
